This policy is prepared with regard to Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data.
Data concerned
The website contains no form, account, ordering feature, subscription, or newsletter. It adds no advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or audience-measurement tool.
- Website visit: Cloudflare processes data needed to display and secure the website, including the IP address, date, time, requested URL, and information about the browser, device, and traffic.
- Voluntary email: if you write to the publisher, your identity, contact details, message, and any attachments are transmitted through your email service.
Purposes
Technical data is used to route requests, secure the website, and maintain its availability. Emails are used to reply, understand a need, and, at your request, prepare a possible contractual relationship.
These operations rely on the publisher’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and on pre-contractual steps requested by the contact. Data is not sold, rented, or used for unsolicited marketing.
Recipients and transfers
The strictly necessary data may be received by Baker LEFDAOUI, Cloudflare, and the relevant email service providers. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, states that some visitor metadata may be processed in the United States and Europe.
International transfers are governed by Articles 43 and 44 of Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and by the applicable CNDP formalities. No other recipient is added except where necessary for the service, required by law, or requested by the person concerned.
Retention
An exchange with no commercial or operational follow-up is deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If a contractual relationship begins, necessary information is kept for that relationship and then archived for the applicable statutory periods. Cloudflare applies its own retention periods to its service logs.
Cookies
The website code sets no audience-measurement, advertising, or personalization cookie and uses neither local storage nor session storage. A security feature enabled by the hosting provider may nevertheless require a strictly technical cookie. Any non-essential cookie added later will require prior information and choice.
Your rights
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 allows you to request access to and rectification of your data and, where the conditions are met, its erasure or blocking. You may also object on legitimate grounds to processing concerning you.
Email contact@aiasolutions.ma and state your request. Proportionate proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt; do not send a copy of your identity card without being asked. You may also file a complaint with the CNDP.
Security
Exposure is limited through a static architecture, local resources, and browser security rules. Measures proportionate to the risk are applied, although no connected system can provide absolute security. This policy will be revised if the processing operations or providers change.
